Where Are We Going
And Why Am I In This Hand Basket?

If you find yourself asking this question maybe its time to take a break from television news and radio commentators. For quite some time we've all heard the doom and gloom on a daily basis. The Economy, Wall Street, the Credit Crunch, and or course, Real Estate have all been in the headlines. Bankers, investors, Congress, The President (take your choice), Illegal Immigrants, Minorities, the Poor, Democrats, and Republicans are all being blamed for our current situation. Just depends on who you listen to or believe.

Decide for Yourself

In the race for viewers journalism has been replaced with sensationalism and figures confuse the facts. Owning a home is the American dream. Don't let anyone convince you that you can't share in that dream. Despite the news, there are still lenders that have money to loan, there are still programs for first time buyers with little cash, home prices have seen some substantial reductions, and interest rates are near all time lows. Is this a great time to buy or do you want to wait? Only you can make that decision; do it based on facts not fear. Want to find out for yourself if this is the right time? Tour Southern Utah Homes and Properties
We are so fortunate to live in a place that is so beautifull with a wide range of scenery and an endless variety of activities.
I love Southern Utah

Like many of you my wife and I fell in love with this area the first time we drove through. Over the years I have watched Cedar City grow from a small rural community into a contemporary city with much to offer in all walks of life. Parowan, just north of Cedar City, has retained a quaint small town atmosphere with a relaxed way of life. Duck Creek Village and Brian Head can provide the perfect getaway with endless recreational opportunities. Southern Utah has some of the most spectacular and varied scenery in the world. Navajo Lake, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks are all within an easy drive. With so much to do and see you just have to come and experience it for yourself. You may fall in love like we did.
